Breakfast Casserole recipe - here's the initial recipe for the casserole we enjoyed at Clipper City. The only changes were I used 2 parts sharp cheddar, 1 part swiss instead of the mild cheddar. I also covered the top with a can of mushroom soup for the last 30 minutes of baking. Enjoy! Les
